The pod doesn’t control my A/C. What should I do?

    It would have been handy to state beforehand that a remote is required for setup. I don't have one anymore. So, don't ever lose yours or you will be in the doghouse - without airconditioning of course.

    Hi Brend - contact us (state the AC model you have) so we could do that manually for you. We'll make sure to make it more visible that a remote is required for setting the system up.

    I have a Hitachi RAS-63NS. It's giving me "Incomplete signal identified try again".

    This is very frustrating considering I waited over a year for this product and does not work.

    I get very frustrated. After waiting for month for the sensibo to get delivered sensibo is not working with my panasonic devices.....contact with the helpdesk havent solved t he problem (till now ?)......very very frustrating

    I'm having the same issue. This product is not controlling my A/C units, and support has not resolved the issue to date. Between this and delivery problems, it's been almost 3 months of frustration, and now it's too cool to use A/C anyway. Has anyone out there been able to resolve problems with the pods recognizing the signal from the remote control during setup?

    The App tell remote successfully sync. remote. But nothing happens when I push the button on the pod.

    You really should allow manual entry of programming codes.

    For me it recognized the remote but not all commands are working.
    The commands that work are:
    - start the AC
    - change the fan speed
    - select mode : cool, heat, fan

    Commands that do not work are:
    - stop the AC
    - change the temperature
    - set the timer to shutdown

    I checked the pod and even for the commands that do not work the light turns on light blue and it makes the sound that it is sending a signal, but ptobably the wrong one.
    The AC is a Samsung with serial AQV09PWCNCEE

    I cant even get it to recognize my GE AC remote. hello GE is one of the icons on your website as being supported.

    I am so disappointed, and with back surgery coming any day. I am beside myself as to how i am going to be in recovery and manage the AC in my apt in Miami Beach it was almost 100 today.

    What a disappointment and pain inducement, not to mention the stress.

    I get the same error "Incomplete signal identified try again" when trying to change the AC remote because this was a regift from someone who knows the torment and pain I am dealing with my back and the surgery 'm about to have to have. Not to mention trying to manage my electric bills in this time of need in 100 degree heat. And then it goes to not recognized and need to send the email of the model. Do i have outdated devices? The person that gave them to me said they got them like from the beginning.

    HELP ME PLEASE!!!

    Hi Alexis, we don't work weekends (which are Friday and Saturday here), that's why it took us a bit longer to get back to you.
    It seems like your pods were given to you with pretty low batteries and that's why you've encountered issues. We've also replied to your emails via our support system. Please check them out and let us know how things went after the battery replacement.
