The hub should connect and be ready within a minute or two, going thorough 4 phases: blinking red, blinking green, blinking blue and steady blue. If it's stuck in any of the first 3 phases, please read on:
Red - just connected to power and Ethernet, waiting for local ip. Your hub blinking red might be related to a bad internet connection, custom network settings (vpn, proxy) or internet service provider add-ons or filters (like safe surf and similar). Please try reverting to original state or contact your ISP to remove filters.
Green - connecting to server, asking DNS for server address. If the hub is stuck with green blinking light it might be related to proxy settings, please test this page from a computer that is connected to the same network: http://static.sensibo.com/test_websocket.html
Blue - has IP and tried to connect to our server, if it's stuck in this state for more than a few seconds it might be related to filters/add-ons from the internet service provider. Please try to contact the ISP.
**If you have another router you can test the hub with (at work, at a friends'/family house), please do. Let us know if the hub managed to connect and have a steady blue light.
